Using breath, energy flow and deep massage strokes it works to open and expand the body whilst promoting healing. A combination of Oil and Calamus powder ( a tree root from India) is applied to the body which helps with firmer deeper strokes and stimulating the blood and lymphatic system releasing tension, toxins and blockages.

Would just like to say that Kelly’s massages are absolutely amazing. I’m a pretty nervous and anxious person, but Kelly made me feel totally calm and relaxed, and the massage itself was a full body massage, and was beyond my expectations. she made my body feel a million times better, and she was very understanding and explained what she would do, and finished with some reiki which was a new experience for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it, and can’t wait to book my next session!
